1. Return Policy

7-Day Return Policy: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product must be returned in its original condition, along with all accessories, packaging, and any items included in the package.
Products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications may not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and the reason for the return.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, you may be asked to provide clear photos or an unboxing video showing the condition of the product and its packaging.

After verification, we will guide you through the applicable return, replacement, or refund process.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Once your refund is approved, the applicable amount will be processed to your original payment method or through another mutually agreed method.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide their bank account or UPI details for an approved refund.

4. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests can be accommodated before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, and the applicable return policy will apply.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted in the following situations:

The return request is made after the eligible return period.
The product has been damaged due to improper use or accidental damage after delivery.
The product is returned without its essential accessories or included items.
The product shows unauthorized alterations or modifications.
